This animated onboarding video was designed to give new hires a clear, welcoming introduction during their first days on the job. I created a two-minute Vyond microlearning experience that uses storytelling and visual cues to introduce the organization, team culture, key tools, and available support in a way that feels approachable and easy to remember. By keeping the experience short, human, and visually structured, the video helps reduce early cognitive load, supports faster orientation, and reinforces a sense of connection that contributes to smoother onboarding, stronger engagement, and long-term retention.
